– At fifteen minutes, ‘Evoke’ by Genevieve Murphy is the longest track on the album. It features extended solos, Zappa-esque madness, and sometimes even a touch of the chaos that characterizes Captain Beefheart’s Trout Mask Replica, but the core is the unyielding drive of an exhilarating techno theme.
